Had a great experience today at the Fort St John All West Glass Shop. I had stopped in as had got a big rock in the top corner of my windshield and the cracks were already spreading downward. I asked if there was anything they could do to stop the cracks from spreading future down. One of their men Mike stepped forward and said he would have a look and he took it into the shop and said that he could probably stop it from spreading and it would take about 5 minutes and he was true to his word. I Asked what the charge was he said it was okay it was free. Now that is customer service above and beyond!!!Thank you Mike ???

Shawna is fantastic! I'd been hunting for some very rare, long discontinued glass for my old car with not much luck. Shawna was able to find me two pieces all the way in Texas & had them shipped up for me. I'm incredibly grateful for her knowledge, connections, & excellent customer service. If you need glass, definitely contact Shawna. 100% recommend!

UPDATE: They saw the review and contacted me right away to genuinely apologize. I took my car back in and they fixed the mirror which was much appreciated. I’ve changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you, David!Once they’re done the job they don’t care about you anymore. I had my windshield replaced, and that turned out fine. The problem is that my rearview mirror keeps falling off. I have brought it back to them three times, and each time it falls off again. I kept calling them about the problem and they kept telling me just to bring it in at 8 AM which isn’t convenient for me. When I did bring it in at 8AM they told me to come back at 3PM.
