Ali was very respectful and explained everything in great detail on how the process would go, what materials used and the differences on roof shingles. Got provided mutilple quotes which was nice to compare to other quotes from other companies. Nice to have know the different levels of warranties too! Crew came out the following week after materials were delivered and the crew worked hard! They got the roof done in a timely manner just before a storm was approaching. They made sure the house was well protected with tarps and afterwards did an amazing job cleaning up afterwoards. My roof looks like it first did when we first built the house. And after few days he come to fix it, he fixed the root cause and instead of nails he used screws so that my same old problem will not repeat. “Back in 2015 we hired True North Exteriors to replace our 30-year-old shingles. This new company provided a modest quote and lived by it, installing high-end product on our large complex roof in a single day. Apart from how quietly they worked, a thing that really impressed us was the care taken to comb through our gardens and lawn at the end of the day for any errant nails and debris that may have fallen. Ten years on (2025) we were hit by a downblast that tore away a 4-foot strip of cap shingles along the highest ridge of our roof. We contacted True North (owner Yan) and within days two of True North’s experienced staff arrived fully-prepared to fix the problem with replacement shingles of the same rare type, precut to form a new cap strip, all again at a very reasonable price. When my old shingles were removed they discovered that the plywood on my roof was rotting:(. The roofer and his team did a fantastic job replacing the rotting wood and putting up my new shingles.
