They provided a modest quote for shingle replacement on a large complex roof, using high-end product and completing the work in a single day. A significant aspect of their service is the care taken to clean up gardens and lawns afterwards. Even ten years later, when a storm damaged shingles, True North responded within days with experienced staff to fix the problem at a very reasonable price, using replacement shingles of the same rare type. The company demonstrates 5-star customer service, responding quickly to wind damage even on a Sunday morning. They completed repairs to shingles and eaves troughs promptly. True North Exteriors Inc. knows how to conduct professional and meaningful business relationships, with their professionalism, workmanship, and customer service leading to continued recommendations. They are also praised for their seriousness and willingness to address small touch-up projects, which other companies do not show up for.
Back in 2015 we hired True North Exteriors to replace our 30-year-old shingles. This new company provided a modest quote and lived by it, installing high-end product on our large complex roof in a single day. Apart from how quietly they worked, a thing that really impressed us was the care taken to comb through our gardens and lawn at the end of the day for any errant nails and debris that may have fallen. This company demonstrated how 5-star customer service should and did happen. The high winds we had on Saturday night, May 31, 2025, blew shingles off my roof. I called True North Sunday morning, and a few hours later, an assessment was done. June 3, 2025 - Shingles are now back in place, and a quick repair to some eaves troughs was completed as well. Now, keep in mind, this company re-shingled our roof 10 years ago and did not hesitate to respond. The owner promised me that they will come back and they did! Inspite the work is just a very small touch up! I lost 3-4 pcs of shingles and called in lots of roofing company and the moment they knew its just few peaces shingles no one showed up except for true north interiors! You can see and notice how serious they are whether a small project that you don’t find it in other company’s! Highly recommended. More power true north interiors.
