Great service. I had an AC unit installed improperly by a previous HVAC tech. Oleksandr went over what the issue was and explained how it can cause problems and showed what the proper way is. He handled the manufacturer warranty process for me end to end because of another techs mistake. Did the install and came back right away if I contacted him with any concerns unlike many others. Highly recommend him to get any of your heating and cooling needs.
Alex installed an Aprilaire 500 humidifier for us. Job done very well. The install looks clean and no issues at all with the humidifier. Will definitely call Alex again if I need any HVAC service in the future.
Furnace went out on the Monday night. We called on Tuesday morning and had someone out to look at it immediately. A part needed to be sourced but repair was done by Wednesday! Quick service, accurate and reasonable quote! Alex was fantastic.
