The beautiful facility provides a relaxing and de-stressing environment, complete with a private bathroom in the massage room. Therapists, such as Simran and Thamara, provide attentive and wonderful treatments, including massages, facials, and foot scrubs. The staff goes above and beyond to make each guest feel special, providing an extraordinary and luxurious experience.

Guests have praised the excellent service, outstanding product quality, and professionalism of the staff, including Genia, Isabella, and Mary. The staff is described as going above and beyond, making guests feel special, with their work ethic and humility adding depth to their incredible skills. One guest even had their birthday celebrated in a special way at the spa.

While most guests are highly satisfied, some have expressed dislike for the 20% gratuity charge, which is unusual for a spa, and may deter them from returning.

An absolutely exceptional spa experience from start to finish.

I arrived before the spa officially opened to enjoy the hot tub, and Emily went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for me. She had my locker and robe prepared and made the arrival process completely seamless. More importantly, she is genuinely warm, caring, and attentive. Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for a wonderful visit.

Absolutely amazing experience at SPA by JW in Edmonton. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, and every detail felt premium from start to finish. One of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had, highly recommend for anyone needing a true reset and self-care day.

We recently went for a couples massage and booked the Himalayan Hot Stone Muscle Melter, and it was an excellent experience overall. The massage itself was fantastic, very relaxing and therapeutic, and exactly what we were hoping for.

The facility is beautiful, clean, and has a really calming atmosphere. We especially appreciated being able to access the hot tub and pool both before and after our treatment, which made the whole experience feel like a full spa day rather than just a massage. The refreshments were also a nice touch and added to the overall experience. There’s even a steam room available in the washroom, which was a great bonus.
