Gloria is warm and inviting making me feeling comfortable quickly. I had every product and treatment thoroughly explained to me (this was a big deal because I tend to feel bad to ask questions in general so this helped me feel confident). The treatment itself was relaxing. My skin immediately saw differences and with my skin routine it continues to show results everyday.
