Norma is obviously a master craftsperson at her trade. But more importantly she actually cares about your problem and pulls out all the stops to help you. Its old fashion service that is near impossible to find these days. She was the only locksmith I called that actually sounded like she knew exactly what the problem was with my ignition key issue and called back many times to update me on how the repair was going. Even after the repair was done, she called a week later to see if things were ok. Awesome service we went to take my non-running turboed focus in that we lost the key for and she had 0 issues making the key while other companies claimed they could not make a key for my car.
