We have relied on Atlas for many years and can't say enough about their excellent service. Recently the motor in our A/C unit gave out during the hottest spell of the summer. The woman who answered our phone call to Atlas was so understanding and contacted their technician Scott in minutes. He came out within hours. A new motor had to be ordered from Calgary. Both Scott and Ryan were excellent at keeping us informed and literally the moment that motor arrived, Scott was here to install it. I have been getting Atlas to service my furnace and air conditioning for years and years. They are honest, truthful and hard working. They are also very reliable and reasonable. Can't go wrong with these guys!
Kyle, the Atlas service person, was polite and friendly and explained the work that he was doing. I have dealt with Atlas for 20 years and have found their service people, including Kyle, and their work to be tiptop.
