My sister had an issue with her furnace, Kevin the technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had it fixed the same day, this included the gas valve thingy he had to go get at the Lenox store, I would definitely use them again. Great service and very professional although if it’s a newer area you might have to guide Kevin to you door! Lol best regards, Richard.
