“We recently had a tankless water heater installed by Diamond Willow, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Brooks and Keelan arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. Keelan, as an apprentice, was here for half the day and did a great job. Brooks was incredibly thorough, completing the installation around 3 p.m.

They carefully removed our old hot water tank, taking great care to protect our walls and home. Brooks even did a fantastic cleanup to ensure no water was left behind. The installation of the tankless system was seamless, and Brooks took the time to explain how it works in a clear and helpful way.

Additionally, he noticed that our outside exhaust pipes were not up to code—a surprising issue for a relatively new home. He brought everything up to standard and explained why the changes were necessary. Brooks even helped arrange an inspection with the Town of Cochrane.
