I recently experienced a leak from my upper-floor main bathroom that caused significant damage, including repairs required to the ceiling below and a large access hole in our primary walk-in closet that had to be created by the plumber to reach the shut-off valves and stop the leak.
WINMAR Property Restoration did an exceptional job restoring everything back to its original condition. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and you would never know there had been any damage. The ceiling repair was seamless, and the closet wall was repaired perfectly with great attention to detail.

Huge shout-out to Mitch, Tim, and everyone who helped with my condo restoration and renovations.
From start to finish, everyone on the team was incredibly respectful, professional, and hardworking. They did such an amazing job bringing my place back to life and making it look brand new. You would never know there had been flooding at all.
I really appreciate the care, attention to detail, and effort everyone put into the work. Going through a flood and having your home torn apart is stressful enough, so having such a great team to take care of the restoration made a huge difference.
Thank you again to Mitch, Tim, and the entire team for doing such an incredible job.… read full review
