From the beginning of our calamity to the end, First General was stellar. They arrived for appointments ON TIME, they were always a very professional team of people that were both well qualified and cared about doing a good job. They were patient with us in the small stuff and allied our fears on the big stuff. While the damage and process seemed over whelming and intrusive to us, by breaking it down, walking us through the steps to be taken and mapping out a detailed description of what happens by whom and when, we were able to feel confident we were in good hands.
