“After having hail damage to the exterior of our house, we chose SIS to completely redo our house siding, sofit, fascia and eavestrough. When we booked the job, they advised us it would be 7-9 months before the work would begin due to high volume of work they had. We chose to update our house with new colours and the designer who helped us and the online design tool really helped to choose the correct colours and finishes.

The work was not started until nearly 11 months after we had booked and we were getting a bit impatient waiting. Once the work commenced they were very quick and consistent at getting the job done. The workers were very considerate of our needs for access to our house and garage and were always friendly. All of the work was completed in just over two weeks and we are very pleased with the end result.“

The estimate covered every single detail. Blair even told me how to clean one of my window sashes - instead of replacing that window as well. The delivery and installation were as promised. Very professional and tidy. I couldn't believe how quiet the new window made things. I decided to go with the triple pane - and am glad I did. Chad came for the post inspection. He showed me how to open the window from the inside so I could clean it, showed me how to take out the screen, talked about the warranty and encouraged me to call them right away if I had any questions or concerns. We even discussed humidity control to ensure no moisture would appear inside the window in cold weather. All the dealings with the office staff were friendly and professional. “We had Hubbard roofing do the fascia and soffit for our garage after having a different company do the roof. I wish we'd just had the whole job done by Hubbard - Blair came by and inspected the job, confirmed what we wanted, and got it done timely and cost effectively. The other company didn't even bother looking at it first, which would have caught that we needed the fascia and soffits done too.

“I had a seal that failed on a fairly large window and was starting to see moisture in between the glass. Initially, I thought that I would need a whole new window; however, it turns out that you can just replace the double-pane glass within the frame. Chinook Glass came out to perform all measurements and provided a quote that was very fair. Two weeks after the initial quote, and after I accepted it, they came back with the new glass, installed it, and now there is no more moisture. Thank you!“
