This guy is an artisan and a true master of his craft. He has fixed so many pairs of shoes for us, from 70s era leather Vasque hiking boots to very high end Poppy Barley fashion boots. He’s pretty low-tech as far as payment goes so bring cash, I think there’s a surcharge for using a card.
This leather repair store is an absolute gem. Not only are they busy, but they are meticulous with their work. I brought an expensive designer leather bag to have the handle fixed and had consulted at another leather repair shop that did not want to even try to fix it. Westbrook Shoe Repair not only fixed it, it looks brand new!!!
Best Shoe Repair and Customer Service ever!! Excellent eye for detail, professional and true craftmanship! From boots to leather brief cases, zipper replacement and stretching, you name it, it gets fixed! Reasonable prices and done when scheduled to be done. Thank you for being there! Cheers Mark
