“I had zippers put in my leather boots that other shoe repair shops would not even attempt. Looks like they were always there. I am sure it was a tough job, very impressed. Work was completed at a fair price in a timely manner.“

“Heidi’s service is excellent. She’s done all sorts of stitching for me including helping me to create custom outdoor pillows. Her dress fitting and stitching on my complicated embroidered beading dresses is always great quality. Just wish she was open one day late till 8pm. My girls think she is an amazing fashion designer. “Can confirm all the other great reviews. There was no staff the day I came but there's signs everywhere explaining. Quite a bit of garbage on the floor and looks like it needed a little bit of a cleaning, but machines are all newer and reasonable price. Good parking lot.“

It came in WAY too big so there was quite a bit to do, and she did a great job working around all the boning. She also managed to bustle it enough for me to wear it all night, since I was bound and determined to make the most of it! (It had a very large train) Her sense of humour was spot on, too! I don't have my pro photos yet, but hopefully you'll get the idea“

“There aren't enough good things that I could ever say about Mrs Hong! I took in three pieces of clothes for very specific alterations - she was extremely friendly, and was very forthcoming about pricing when I requested more complex alterations. She let me know which alterations would cost more - and even then the pricing was extremely fair!

One of the pieces I brought in was - I thought - beyond saving - but Mrs. Hong was very diligent with how she went about it and she made the piece fit like a glove and look brand new again!

When I left the three pieces with her she gave me a completion date for me to make pickup - I went back in about 5 days early to check on things - and she had already finished! Lastly - she even insisted on charging me less than she had initially quoted me - but out of appreciation for her quick and clean work I insisted that she take the full amount. She is worth every dollar she charges and more.

She is an excellent tailor all around and I'm so happy I gave her a try - I will be coming back very often to get all my alterations done here!
