“Came in with my GPU fan having issues, very kind, patient, and understanding behind the counter, had a great sense of humour too. Answered all of my questions in a clear and digestable manner and even gave me a solution to my internet issues with my laptop. Left my laptop there so I wouldn't have to come back again later when the fans were shipped. 21 hours later on the dot I get a call saying that my fans are replaced. Unfortunately had to buy both fans since they're sold in pairs but he mentioned that the CPU fan was probably going to end up blowing out within the next six months as well so it wasn't the end of the world. Phenomenal service, if I ever have an issue with my laptop again I definitely know where I'm going.Oh, and don't think I didn't see that this place was tagged as LGBTQ+ friendly, as a lesbian as soon as I saw that I knew this was the right place, its nice to feel like an actual person. :)The negative reviews are just people malding, don't even bother wasting your precious time reading them, I promise that this is the place to go.
