As noted above, I rated Mark Benoit at Fully Managed Calgary all five [5] stars. Mark @ Fully Managed Calgary has provided top-drawer service in every way. He has been responsive i.e. timely in returning my phone calls, takes the time to listen to my description of the concern, and tackles the challenge head-on. If he is unsure regarding the solution, he will dig deeper and is always successful. I have found Mark to be patient, professional, considerate, helpful and brilliant. We have been using Fully Managed for several years, and love how smoothly things run. They do their thing in the background and you never even know they are there. Things just work they way they are supposed to. If we do have an issue they are quick to answer the phone/text/chat/email and solve the problem. They have also been very helpful in creating an IT strategy particularly around supplying and installing hardware. Our relationship with Fully Managed has definitely helped our business succeed.
