I love family-run businesses, and Vacuum Specialists is just that......here you will truly get personalized old-fashioned service. I had an issue recently with a bucket order (that was NOT the fault of Vacuum Specialists, but rather the shipping company and another retail outlet). The staff at Vacuum Specialists listened carefully to my issue, took the time to check what happened, and then (despite it not being their fault) rectified the issue themselves. They did not have to do that, and I even told them I didn't expect them to make up for the issues of others.....but they insisted. Jamil was super helpful in recommending the best unit for our home. He never tried to up sell anything we didn’t need.The installer, Ajay, was prompt, professional and ensured everything was working perfectly before he left.
