Lise and another lady (I'm sorry! I forgot your name, Lise would know!) Went above and beyond to find a product for me...from last years stock! Their combined effort found the planter brackets when I was ready to give up. You can absolutely care they have a passion for their job and I can't praise them enough. They refused to let me leave without what I came for..which was over an hours drive for us.

It's just HD, knew what we wanted and where it was and employees asked us on the way if we needed assistance and we could understand them, self checkout with phone tap, emailed receipt and away we went.

I had an amazing experience at Home Depot thanks to Yousef. He went above and beyond to help me find an air conditioner. He spent around 15 minutes (or even longer) searching through different areas of the store to make sure he found the right one for me. He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely seemed to care about helping, as if he were shopping for himself.

Excellent customer service like this is rare, and I really appreciate the time and effort he put in. Thank you, Yousef, for making my shopping experience so much easier. Home Depot is lucky to have an employee like you!
