Lowe's Home Improvement has transformed into a RONA+ store, offering everything customers love about Lowe's and more. RONA+ provides everyday low prices on quality hardware products and construction needs, making it a go-to destination for DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike. Shoppers can find great deals on a wide range of items, including paint, tools, appliances, and gardening equipment. The garden center is noted for its excellent selection of plants, although some items may be on the pricier side. The store features easy navigation with wide aisles, making it convenient for customers to access everything they need for their projects. A highlight is the helpful staff, particularly in the flooring department, who provide excellent assistance and ensure a positive shopping experience. Recent visitors appreciated the well-laid-out store and friendly staff, with some praising the staff at the order desk for their amazing help. However, there were some moments of disappointment when assistance was hard to find in the aisles, as staff appeared distracted or on personal calls. Overall, the store continues to be a popular choice for customers seeking quality hardware and construction products.
Exceptional Paint Support
Nick is by far the best person to ask for advice about paint and paint related questions. He has helped me with several complicated issues and Nick explained what to do and what to use. His advice was clear and effective and I was happy with the results. I highly recommend asking him for help.
I had a great experience at this store. I would like to sincerely thank Aisha, Mandeep, Yubi, and Eva for their outstanding customer service. They were all kind, professional, and very helpful.
I really appreciate the time they took to assist me and the discount they kindly offered. Their friendly attitude made my visit even better. It’s not easy to find a team that treats customers with such respect and care.
Thank you all for your excellent service. I highly recommend this store and will definitely come back again!
The employee Dustin has been the most helpful person I have ever had at Rona. He is very knowledgeable and is foresure a great assist too Rona. I run a deck company called Lobodecks. I am personally giving all my business to him from now on.
