Mitchell Smith ab=nd Bailey Stafford are very professional and knowledgable in what they do. My experience started very positive from the time I called for help, the person who answered my call was listening very well then worked with me with the timeline, they the techs showed up on time with the smile and listened to what I explained and went very straight to the issue and explained and got is addressed. They demonstrated professionalisum and knowledge and represented Rocky Mountain Plumping and Heating so proudly on what they do, I thought it was they own that company, they were so integrated. Cathy and ChesterHad 2 old style plugged bathroom sinks. Mitchell and Bailey came in and once they found the issues, knew exactly where to get the new parts, and how to install correctly. Professional job done right and for a great price. We will be back if needing plumbing done again. Highly recommend.
Prompt and professional service. Every interaction I've had with anyone at Rocky Mountain Plumbing and Heating has been fantastic! Great communication so that I always understand what to expect and they don't push you to get unneeded services.
