Had couple of drains backed up after parkade sweep, called Drain Dr. Candace set up appt for next morn @8am, Taylor showed up on time, pushed it all through, cleaned it all up in 2hrs. Job completed.
I contacted The Drain Doctor as my kitchen sink was very slow draining and this is who the office at my condo complex said to call. The fellow came out this morning right on time with all of his equipment. He got to work right away with his power snake and cleaned it all out. Was here for about 45 minutes in total. I should have asked what they charge as I was expecting maybe around a charge of $150 to maybe $200. But I was a bit shocked when he wrote up the invoice for $315.00 plus GST and he said that was with the 10% discount for seniors. I paid him with my Visa but have been thinking about it and wondering if I got over charged. I don't think I will be recommending...read full review
We had a new dishwasher installed and the appliance tech recommended getting our kitchen sink drain lines cleaned.
Had The Drain Doctor come out and James did a terrific job. Friendly, very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Highly recommend James and The Drain Doctor.
