The overall experience and atmosphere was great. Renu was great and professional. Prices are right. The only issue I had, which I've never had before, was a lot of broken hairs instead of fully waxed/removed which resulted in a lot of painful ingrown hairs and pimples all over my legs. Was away for a week and they've just healed now despite my efforts to exfoliate daily. I think taking a health questionnaire and asking about skin health and inquiring about the type of product used first would be advisable. I'm used to the wax being left on for a short period of time vs constantly being stripped off, perhaps that was the issue with hair breakage vs fully removing the hair.

I have been going to Renu for waxing, for quite sometime now. She is very professional and creates a very comfortable and safe space. The wax she uses leaves my skin feeling very soft.
