Great work done by Kevin and Davinder. Got here around 9 am and worked through to 4 pm. Changed out the hot water heater, serviced the existing boiler, and found a stealth leak in the boiler line which they remediated.
Davinder visited us to fix three problems: a main hot water valve that had a small leak when in the closed position, a leaky toilet, and a leaky shower. He diagnosed each problem quickly, offered solutions, and left me to decide. The shower required extensive work behind the drywall. He fixed the problem, sending photos and videos to the head office to document everything. It is now properly installed and braced behind our wall. I love the thoroughness and transparency of this company!
Our hot water tank stopped working late on long weekend. We called the following day and Bill was sent out. He was punctual and very friendly.. He gave us useful suggestions and will be sending us some options to replace our hot water tank.
