Could not adjust my heating with my thermostat this morning. So I called McCance and a technician by the name of Daniel came and very quickly found out what the problem was - thermostat needed new batteries. He installed new batteries and showed me how to do it for the future and everything was fixed. Daniel was great to deal with - personable and friendly and efficient. Will certainly call McCance, Okotoks again if needed. Thank You for GREAT service.
We had an issue with our boiler and no hot water, McCance took the time to diagnose the problem which took a few trips to our home. Once the problem was figured out everything was fixed and we were charged a very fair price. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and were more than fair. I would certainly recommend McCance to anyone.
Awesome service, thank you McCance! We called this morning about a leaking water tank, Aaron from McCance arrived early afternoon then Aaron & Drew had a new tank installed later that afternoon. They were professional, friendly and informative showing us the new function features. Thanks guys!!
