Could not adjust my heating with my thermostat this morning. So I called McCance and a technician by the name of Daniel came and very quickly found out what the problem was - thermostat needed new batteries. He installed new batteries and showed me how to do it for the future and everything was fixed. Daniel was great to deal with - personable and friendly and efficient. Will certainly call McCance, Okotoks again if needed. Thank You for GREAT service.
Awesome service, thank you McCance! We called this morning about a leaking water tank, Aaron from McCance arrived early afternoon then Aaron & Drew had a new tank installed later that afternoon. They were professional, friendly and informative showing us the new function features. Thanks guys!!
We had our furnace replaced and air conditioning installed! We were totally impressed with the excellent service both by technicians and administrators that made the experience very pleasant! Would highly recommend McCance !
