I brought in a pair of pants I had just purchased to be shortened on short notice for the following day. They were very accommodating in completing them quickly, and the price was reasonable.

Unfortunately, the original pants had an invisible hem, but they were returned with a visible stitched hem instead. I wish this had been discussed with me beforehand. If preserving the original style wasn’t possible, or if there were additional costs involved, I would have appreciated being given the option.
