I was so excited the day I bought my new car. I got a hold of brandy was giving a quote and started my insurance. couple days later something goes wrong and my insurance shoots up. Brandy proceeds to tell I can cancel and switch so I do. brandy gave me the wrong information, then steps in Jenn Stone. she tells me herself brandy gave me the wrong information. sets me up with another company but got to pay out the other company. me being a one income told her I can't do both at the same time it's alot of money. Jenn proceeds to tell me she can set up the one and I'll have to pay the other in good faith. I confirm and tell her yes that's better but I will still have to break up intact into more than one payment. the day I'm set to pay Jenn emails me that I missed her email and SHE canceled my travelers policy do to good faith.( was never covered by them) now I have to insurance canceled In the same here do to two idiot staff and two insurance companies l owe money too and one I never even got coverage from.... Jenn as accepted zero responsibility and so has the company. my name is completely ruined and there's no way of getting out and it's all thanks to this company and the idiot staff with all the wrong information and me left wondering how I'm going to survive without a car .... thanks for ruining my life 🙂
