I was given bad reviews until I got into an accident recently. Now it was my turn to see for myself. When I arrived at the Intact Service center I was greeted; offered a coffee and made myself comfortable in their large office/ Waiting area. I felt quite at home. Agent came over and we went over all the details. Then viewed the estimate of damages which of course Insurance paid for. Then I was offered a courtesy car. WOW! Doesn’t get any better than this. I have to honestly say this is one of the best places I’ve been when it comes to auto service centers. Keep up the good work Intact.
