I visit Gord every few years when I have an issue flare up, usually my back. This time when I came in to see Gord I was having trouble reaching down to put my golf tee in the ground. Yikes! He gave me treatments and daily exercises which I stuck with religiously. Within three weeks I was back to golfing pain free, playing pickleball and hiking. I really appreciate his approach to good health, wanting me to remain active but taking the right steps to ensure that I don't overdo it and have a setback until the issue is fully resolved. I have received treatment for various things over many years by Gord and Jacki and have never been disappointed. Both Physio and acupuncture. Several years ago I met Gord with my migraine headaches. He treated me with acupuncture and I have been headache free for several years. Two years ago I had a frozen shoulder and impingement. After treatment and exercise shown to me, I am now able to move my arm and shoulder freely without pain for over two years. Recently I had injured my MCL ligament on the side of the knee and also had hamstring tear.
