I have been seeing Dr. James Truong through the Alberta Health Institute since fall of last year and have greatly valued adding him as part of my personal health & wellness team.
I hate getting needles and he is exceptional with starting IV's and doing bloodwork... it's quick, comfortable and with no/minimal pain. Most importantly, he takes infection prevention seriously. Specfically, washing hands, ahd allowing alcohol to dry on skin and bottle for IV preparations (this is something that is missed and overlooked by many healthcare providers- and I know cause I worked in the hospital for over a decade).
