“I’ve been attending Breathe Hot Yoga in McKenzie Towne for over a year now and feel so lucky to have found such an amazing studio. Each class seems to be well thought out by the instructors. Instructors such as Amanda Kelly always keep classes fresh with a sense of care, humour and a down-to-earth atmosphere that is different from other studios. I find that it makes the studio accessible to all types of students and have actually encouraged family members and friends who have “hated yoga” to try out classes and even they have fallen in love. Furthermore, I love that they have Kid’s Yoga. My daughter (6) loves attending the class and it allows me to also do a hot yoga session while my daughter is doing her own class. I hope these come back in the fall! Not only are the classes fantastic and creative but their wellness services are also great. Dasha (acupuncturist) is amazing at her job. I’ve gone to her a few times for facial acupuncture and it’s been fantastic. I leave feeling calm and glowing. The studio has become a safe space for me that provides an instant sense of calm the moment I walk through the doors.“
