Furnace went out the other day, obviously when it was -30, and I called just in time and they had a tech out to my house within an hour. Adam was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining what he was doing and what could be wrong. Didn’t push expensive parts just explained the importance of preventative maintenance on high efficiency furnaces. Adam did the regular maintenance/cleaning, diagnosed the issue and only charged the expected call out and hourly charges. Thanks guys!

Started out helpful with our furnace failure, got us in quickly the technicians were great and then once it was determined a new furnace was required that’s where it went down hill… was originally told they could replace the furnace quickly, had to come and run one more test a day passed and they came and confirmed new furnace was the option. Still totally fine with this. A quote would be sent to me. Still fine. Got home from work got a call from Justin, he advised me his installer was simply too big to get in the space to install a new furnace and proceeded to tell me “I wish you the best of luck finding someone to install a new furnace”.
