The doctor’s are great! Filipina receptionists are doing their job. Fantastic! I gave three stars because of one person there in your reception desk the one with the lip piercing. If you don’t like helping people, quit. That’s not the job for you! Or maybe even worse, you only help patients when you feel like it? Why did I end up with this thought about you? Well, you gave me a run around saying you don’t fax lab requisitions to Red Deer Dynalife. You mentioned that you only fax to hospital labs. I was puzzled coz I worked in a doctors clinic too before and we faxed to dynalife, APL etc.. and you told me that it has to be added into the system. LOL I get it if...read full review

My doctor is great but trying to call in to book an appointment is impossible. They obviously just want you going online to book and ignore calls so after 40 mins on hold I gave up and I'll have to look for a new doctor

Love Dr Loeppky and others there. Always feel listened to and treated with prompt and efficient treatment. I just wish they were taking new patients as my adult children need a primary doctor
