We (perhaps foolishly) tackled making our own concrete countertops and had to visit the store so many times that we came to know pretty much everyone there! All were most helpful, patient, and supportive. We couldn't have accomplished what we did without their partnership; we're so grateful.
We just went in to Hard Rock for the first time to pick up something we needed for our basement and the staff were friendly, fast, and super kind! Highly recommend getting anything you need at this location. Too bad there isn’t 6 stars because they deserve them.
Just came in to pick up some material for a small job that I have Brody help me out and was absolutely fantastic. Tons of knowledge courteous service expert advice could not have asked for more in a sales rep left feeling like I had everything I needed for the job. Love this place.
