They're really good with kids haircuts, i always go there for my son
But I was disappointed with my haircut. My bangs were not aligned evenly, and far too much of my hair was cut to create them. As a result, the bangs are extremely thick and don't look natural. Unfortunately, I'm unhappy with the outcome. I hope more care is taken with consultations and precision in the future.
A friend highly recommended the 17 Ave SE First Choice Hair Salon location. After years of struggling to find a good hairstylist, I finally found my match. Kelly cut and styled my hair, and she did a fantastic job, delivering exactly what I wanted in no time. After my second visit, I wanted a bit more volume, and she promptly adjusted the style to perfection. Despite the long drive to the salon, I’m more than happy to make the journey because Kelly's skills and commitment to achieving the ideal hairstyle for her clients are truly exceptional.
Took my Grandson to get a long overdue haircut... I showed the lady the picture of the haircut my grandson picked. Nothing special... short on the sides, longer on top.
The cut looks ok... just a bit choppy. I mean, my son and grandson didn't care. Hair grows and it wasn't horrible or anything.
I was going to give first choice another try and get a haircut at the same time but once I realized that the only other person working was on lunch in the back...I decided not to bother her. After seeing the choppy cut I am happy I didn't.
