I was in to just ask a question because I recently got my hair done my another hairdresser and then when I went to tone my hair it turned green. So I asked for help and the ladies were so helpful! I am extremely grateful for there advice on how to help me! (Clarifying shampoo did work and take the green out) I would definitely go back to get my hair done !!!! Like they actually made me feel so loved and welcomed even though I just walked in and asked for advice not get my hair done .
Today I had the best service at chatters Chinook. On my drive there I got a call saying my hairdresser was sick and couldn’t do my appt. I was 10 minute away at the time. The new store manager got me another appointment and the girl was so lovely. They made sure I had an exceptional experience. This kind of customer service is rare these days and as a store manager myself I couldn’t let it go unseen. Wonderful service from the entire team.
Melody did my hair and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Not only did she truly listen to what I wanted, but she was also incredibly sweet, kind, and so easy to talk to throughout the appointment. She made the entire salon experience feel comfortable and enjoyable.
I got a chicory hair colour done, and it turned out even better than I imagined. You can really tell she puts care and attention into her work.
