I've just spent some time in Calgary and Banff. My wife had left her glasses at home and was worried it would ruin her experience of the rockies. We got in touch with Calgary optical and contact lenses for help. We emailed the prescription and were told they could help. We made our way to the shop and for about an hour were given help and assistance . My wife had more eye tests as the prescription was nearly out of date. We were blown away with the level of the friendly, helpful and professional service. When we were ready to leave the shop new glasses in hand we asked what time the shop closed. We are even more impressed when they said they close at 5 pm. It was 5.30 pm. They never mentioned we were out of normal ours. Best optical and contact store in the world. Ever.
