Excellent service. After almost 3 months of having my new prescription glasses, they fell on the floor and had a scratch on the right lens. I called the team, and they immediately ordered a replacement lens and called me to fit it on the frame. Amazingly friendly team.
Just amazing to work with. Gloria was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. My contacts were so comfy, even though I've struggled with feeling comfortable in contacts in the past. They got me in on extremely short notice. And, they operate in a super cute heritage building to boot! All around amazing experience that I am very grateful for.
