We've been going to Browz for several years for my twin daughters, who are now 8yo. Today we had an appointment there with Dr. Hannah Taylor, who we hadn't seen before (I think she might be relatively new there), and we just LOVED her! She was super personable, friendly, positive, and really took time to make the experience fun & great for us all - explaining everything she did and telling the girls' all about the various devices/tools she was using when she saw they were interested. Really positive experience for us!
Dr. Dang was so helpful in examining my eyes for contact lenses. She was super friendly and understanding of my circumstances. The staff was also very patient while they were teaching me how to use contact lenses. I look forward to coming back for my check ups!
Dr. Victoria was amazing with my child. The reception ladies were very nice. We needed the glasses urgently because we are leaving for vacation. They did everything for us, contacted the laboratory, and as a result, we received the glasses in 2 hours. Thank you so much! (from Alyssa M)
