I went in as a new patient for massage with some neck/shoulder issues and Teresa was great with her assessment and asked lots of questions. The massage was fabulous and insanely effective in releasing the stiffness I have been experiencing for far too long. I also got lots of information on other issues I’m struggling with and feel a new optimism in my journey back to health and wellness.

Karen is a guru.I cannot express enough how amazing her holistic & full-body approach to healing my body is, and how it has enabled me to perform sports like a 20 year old at over twice that age. I would not be able to continue to do the activities, or the work that I do on the daily, were it not for her expertise.She can tell where your body needs healing often before you know it needs healing there.And for those of you out there, like me, that are afraid of needles, she knows how to maneuver around that weakness as well. Highly recommend.
