The team identified and discovered further issues on remediation of the original issue identified and did not limit the scope of work to the original requested work - they worked hours beyond what was anticipated that day (which ofcourse I wouldn’t expect nor would have their inability to do so affected my review) … they were incredibly diligent in ensuring that every single step was taken to redress all issues found and ensure our safety. Each individual from their team that worked in our home was wonderful to interact with - and everyone took the time to explain the diagnostics they were doing and the logic behind them - I felt fully confident in their capacity to remediate a serious safety issue and am very grateful.“
