Had my Grundfos water pump lock up & fail on a Monday afternoon, made a quick phone call, took the pump in Tuesday at 3 pm and had it back fully functional by 5 pm. Super reasonable price, quick, kind and great service! Highly recommend!

My 3 1/2 year old expensive Grundfos water pump at my house, started making very strange noises over this last weekend, and I was able to make a short notice appointment with Industrial Electric Services in Whitehorse. I took it in at 0800 on Tuesday Jan 20, 2026 and two hours later the problem was fixed.
Grundfos are supposed to be a top of the line unit. But for some reason my unit failed.

The bearings on a 1 HP electric motor that was for a vital process needed replacing. I called IES and James helped me out same day. Had the bearings in stock. I got my machine back up and running. Amazing service and great value - highly recommended.
