Got a MoovAir heat pump from them, advertised to go to -35C before needing backup heat. That was not my case, it was -40C before the backup heat had to kick in.
Danny and his crew were amazing, he informed me that I can get YG to pay directly and I would only have to pay the difference and that was the deposit. They did an amazing job on the install, and more importantly, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves too!!! I didn't have to clean up a single thing after they were done.
There was minor hiccup, but nothing major, an item was out of stock, but they put in a temp 5kW backup until the 8 kW was in town.
Daniel managed our heat pump installation and was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. We’re very happy with our ducted heat pump and would definitely recommend All Yukon Refrigeration.

I manage Woodcutter’s Blanket, called for an urgent repair on our bar fridge and the customer service rep on the phone was very helpful. Ross came same day, diagnosed and fixed our issue immediately. Very thankful to have been taken care of so quickly!
