I’ve worked with Roy and Westin Plumbing on a number of projects, and they are always a pleasure to work with. Roy does excellent work, communicates well, and is great at scheduling and planning jobs. He’s professional, reliable, and simply a great guy to do business with. I highly recommend Westin Plumbing.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Brandon Gaston at Westin Plumbing. He installed a new water heater and reserve tank at my house, and the whole job was done cleanly and professionally.
What really stood out was how reliable and communicative he was. He kept me updated on his arrival time and walked me through every step as he worked. Once everything was hooked up, he took the time to show me all the functions on the new unit and explained exactly how to flush it for maintenance. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Westin plumbing again. Our technician, Mike, was extremely kind, personable, and patient. He paid attention to detail and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the service we had.
