Excellent service and staff. They will even give you a reminder call the day before your appointment. They keep all of their records up to date of what type of AC you have in their files, and are quick to order parts and find solutions. They are friendly and outgoing, as well as competent. We highly recommend them.
Highly highly recommend this business! Customer service cannot be beat! I had talked to Alex a year or so ago and I could tell that they were there to help you. We had a glitch with our furnace. Cade showed up and was such a pleasant and informational young man. He fixed our problem and made sure all our questions were answered. Thank you JP for getting us scheduled so quickly.
I just purchased my home here in Sheridan. Even though the home went through the inspections I wanted to prepare for winter. So, I was referred by my daughter in-law about Lee. So, I called and they came out the next day and serviced and inspected everything and set-up a by annual inspections. Lee heating were outstanding! Very professional, very courteous, and willing to help. A shout out to Richard the tech and to Amy the office administrator. It is nice to have good people helping! Thank you.
