I’ve had consistently great experiences with Just Computers. When I needed a new computer on short notice, I was able to walk in and get prompt help setting it up to meet the requirements for the Nursing Program at Sheridan College. They are also able to help with data transfers, which made the process much easier and took a huge load off my shoulders. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable before I left. The team is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly.

I came in with a family laptop, which we thought had malware. In two clicks they fixed it and informed us about what to look out for in the future, how to avoid, etc. I think the worker who helped me was Molly? Anyways, took a load off our shoulders in about 30 seconds.

They couldn’t fix the problem and they left my computer with no screws on the casing. The good part is that they didn’t charge anything for the unsuccessful repair. But the customer service is very good and they offered to replace my screws at no cost. Overall good service!
