Wasn't welcomed when I first came in. However they were pretty busy. I checked in on my phone and I waited and I realized my name wasn't on the computer I was trying to get someone to help me I could definitely feel the hostility. Like it was my fault. The gal kind of gave me attitude because I was checking in my kids and I didn't put their actual names down. It wasn't an issue at the last Great Clips that we went to since they're just kids. The one gal was really great with cutting my son's hair and did a fantastic job but then when it came to my little guy I understand he's small but I wasn't too thrilled with his haircut. If I could leave 6 stars I would, I had a horrible experience at the GC in Gillette last weekend, and I came in to this location today to see if they could fix my hair. Kristi went above and beyond for me, both her and the other gal working (I feel bad I didn't catch her name) were kind and understanding and sympathetic for what happened. Kristi fixed my hair and made it to were I can have my hair in a pony tail again without it looking like it was either blunt cut with scissors or literally 3 stacks for the layers which I didn't want in the first place. It is often super hard to get in as they seem severely under staffed and busy but when you do get it in it’s worth it. I haven’t ever had a bad haircut there since I started going. I started going because I would pay for a “high dollar” haircut at different salons here and was dissatisfied every time, once I cut my hair short. Then one day I decided to quit wasting money and try great clips I have been going there for years now, way better hair cuts!!! Wish they could fix the long wait issues - here’s to hoping! ??
