When I started with Core over 6 years ago for PT I never left! I got through my PT and jumped right into Pilates. It's not just about the class but the instructors are passionate about what they teach, your form and technique. Everyone at Core is very helpful and great to work with, on the PT side as well as the fitness side of things.

I have to give Core an A+. I have used them for several joint replacements and I don’t think they could have been more professional or caring. I especially have to thank Nicky and Molly. Thank you, Core.

I am so happy to have discovered Core! I am not passed around or left alone to do my own exercises like the other place. Everyone is so friendly & helpful- BUT most of all Riley is so knowledgeable. He challenges me and I am very happy!
