I highly recommend Krystal and her services. I have been struggling off and on for so many years with cramps, initial appointment, she had 2 things to help which worked the next day of alleviating pain. She also guided me through other ways and things to take to support my body. How amazing!
Twice now they have helped me substantially with improving impaired movement. The first was after a car accident, and the second after overtraining. The massage was specifically oriented to help my immediate problems, and the results were felt within days. Absolutely go here!

I didn't know what myofacial massage was when I was referred to her office, but am now a believer in it as I can feel how it reduces my pain and discomfort. Krystal is very knowledgeable about how the pain and stiffness caused by musculoskeletal issues is released through massage. She is professional with a warm personality, which makes a massage even more relaxing. I would recommend her services to anyone.
