“Technician arrived on time Introduced himself right away after sending text with his picture Very friendly Explained the procedure and went to work Advised what he had seen and cleaned and said to call with any questions or issues”
“My natural gas stove needed serviced because the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Carey & Aden made a house call and I was very happy with the service provided. They were on time, very polite, knowledgeable about their job and my stove. They were also reasonably priced and had great communication skills. They worked fast and were able to install a universal part they had on hand instead of having to order a part and schedule a second house call. I feel like they saved me time and money today. They explained what went wrong with the old part and what they did to fix it. They also gave me good advice I was not given the previous time that part was replaced several years ago and I learned some things about my stove I did not know. Thanks guys!! 👍”
