Air Butler came to do a furnace inspection this week. I’m a repeating customer and will continue calling them. Their technician was courteous, and even got my ladder in to help me change my ceiling filter. Which is not part of his job! I , once again, am thoroughly pleased with their service and work .

Air butler ran into supply issues which delayed our install for 3 days, but I am giving them a 4 star not because of that. The 4 star is because they did not clean up after the install. Found metal shavings, drywall dust and even trash from the vents just lying all over our home. They were courteous and the furnace seems to be working well...just disappointed that 8k did not warrant cleaning up their mess from the work. I would still recommend them, just know you will need to build in time to clean after they are done.

I would definitely use them again. The customer service is great and Andrew is very conscientious and thorough. I had multiple issues and he followed up with the manufacturer to make sure my system is running on all cylinders. Thanks guys! Now my 93 year old Mother can have hot water for her showers again. Yay!
